Welcome to HeepOne! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HeepOne mobile application ("App", "Service") operated by us ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

HeepOne is a rhythm-based typing game designed to help users improve their typing skills through music and beat-based gameplay. The App includes:

• Various typing challenges with musical accompaniment
• Speed and accuracy training exercises
• Progressive difficulty levels
• Extreme challenge modes
• In-game currency (coins) system

User Responsibilities

When using HeepOne, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to hack, modify, or reverse engineer the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the App
• Be responsible for any activity that occurs under your use of the App

In-App Purchases

HeepOne offers coin purchases to enhance your gaming experience:

• No Subscriptions: We do not offer recurring subscription services
• One-Time Purchases: All transactions are for immediate coin credits
• Payment Processing: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
• No Refunds: Coin purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Virtual Currency: Coins have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money

Intellectual Property Rights

The HeepOne App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Use the App's name, logo, or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Attempt to extract source code or proprietary algorithms

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. We collect minimal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy:

• User ID for game progress tracking
• Coin balance for in-app purchases
• All other data is stored locally on your device

Disclaimers

HeepOne is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be available at all times

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately, and any data associated with your use may be deleted.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
